An Illinois-based company is recalling 315 pounds of its ready-to-eat- roast beef because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
Perfect Pasta Inc. of Addison, IL issued the voluntary recall Thursday after testing conducted by USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) revealed Listeria in a sample of the product.
